Our ‘little’ 3D printing project to supply PPE supplies has taken on a life of its own over the past week or so. And it’s gone from small snippets of social media coverage to prime time RTE News! We have now added to the network of 3D printers with loans from the Library Services of Fingal, Dublin City, Wexford and Waterford with more on the way from Mayo and Limerick. We will shortly have a total of approx. 30 printers in our Workshop in Thomastown.

We’re busy keeping up with requests for Face Shields from Nursing Homes, Hospitals, Pharmacies, Residential Care Centres, GP Practices and Cleaning Service Providers among others, all over the country. We are also looking at some of the other myriad of 3D printing ideas coming from the 3D Printing Community online and will be adding products to the range over the next couple of weeks.

Of course no-one is missing the 9 o’clock News these days, but just in case….
